Dear collaborators,

We've compiled an active collaboration list for reference based on names 
on proposals and members voted in.  Please take a look and let me know 
directly by email if there are any changes that should be made 
(omissions or people that have definitively left).

You should be able to use your JLab credentials to access this list.

Please remember that *for new members that are not on proposals*, the 
procedure is to submit their name to a coordinating committee member and 
it will be voted on.  We typically try to do this at collaboration 
meetings.  As a matter of procedure, this list is not the official list 
and is for reference of active members only.  For formal removal, please 
refer to our charter.
