[Sbs] SBS website and presentations

Good day all:

I have made a change to the weekly meeting page in order to reign in the
length of the page.   I have created 'agenda' and 'minutes' links for each
week.  As long as I can attend,  I will produce the minutes.  Within the
minutes will be the links to any visual presentations provided by the
speakers. If formal minutes are not available, then a simple document with
the links will be created.

Any speaker wishing to present visual aids (formal or informal) and you
want them link need to do one of the following.

1) Upload to http://hallaweb.jlab.org/12GeV/SuperBigBite/SBS-minutes/2020/
for archiving and email Will Tireman.

2) Upload to DocDB and send a message so it can link it.

3) Send the file or a web address where the file can be found to me and I
will take care of the details.
