[Sbs] SBS Collaboration Meeting: Registration Page and near-final Agenda (please read and confirm your talk)

Hello all, 

On behalf of the SBS Coordinating Committee, I am pleased to announce that the registration page is now available for our upcoming remote collaboration meeting on July 14-15, just under two weeks from now. Please be sure to register even though the meeting is remote and there is no fee. Some of the fields in the registration form are obviously not applicable for the remote meeting. We will hold the meeting using “regular” BlueJeans, which can accommodate up to 150 participants at a time.

Please review the draft agenda and, if you are listed as a speaker, please confirm your availability to give your talk, if you haven’t done so already. And if you aren’t available, please let us know that too!  

As you can see, there is a rather full agenda for the two-day meeting. However, we are flexible with the timing/duration of talks, and, as I mentioned in my previous email from Monday, if there are additional topics and/or speakers that we have overlooked, we can probably accommodate a few more short presentations, so feel free to send me your suggestions.
