Bogdan,
Thank you. I understand that. I'm trying to confirm what the Hall configuration will look like when we start installation of GEn.
Best,
Robin

Hi Robin,
Calibration runs are only for GMn for calibration of the HCAL.
For GEn we don't need such type calibration.

Hi,
Am I correct that the Calibration runs will be the setup prior to GEn ?
Best,
Robin

Subject: [Sbs] [EXTERNAL] Polarized 3He GEn - information and collaboration
Dear Colleagues,
As I mentioned in the SBS meeting today, we are starting to ramp up preparations for the SBS experiment to follow the GMn run group. It is a measurement of GEn at large Q2 using polarized 3He (E12-09-016). We have an ERR on October 22nd. The website is https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/SBS_2020_GEn_Experimental_Readiness_Review
Please check to see if you are scheduled to talk. I have confirmed that anyone in the collaboration is welcome to attend the ERR. Bluejeans link will be announced later.
One of the items requested in the charge is an outline of person power anticipated for the run. Please send me an email if your group plans to participate. Include how many people, estimated time to be committed during installation and running, any postdocs or graduate students, any graduate students intending to earn their PhD. Also include where you expect to contribute, hardware, installation, shifts, etc. Even if you aren’t sure what you might be doing, I still want to include your willingness to contribute.
If you could send this information soon I will be able to include it in my talk.
Thanks
Todd
