Dear collaborators,

I want to remind you of the GEn-II ERR happening this Thursday. Everyone is welcome to attend. The agenda and Bluejeans link are posted here:

https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/SBS_2020_GEn_Experimental_Readiness_Review

Please review the talks and give comments to the presenter. If you haven’t already posted or sent your talk to me remember it is due by Wednesday so we can get it posted. I need talks from Gordon, Bert, Vladimir, Jessie and Andrew.

Next, I made a call for people to respond indicating whether they would be interested in collaborating, how many people you will have, postdocs grad student, etc. and what you might like to work on. This is needed for the ERR.

Do not assume that because you are a GMn collaborator that I have you listed as someone who will contribute to GEn-II. I need a “head count” so please reply asap, even if you aren’t sure of what you will do. I have only heard from UVa, Glasgow, Stoney Brook, W&M.

Thanks
Todd
