[Sbs] SBS weekly meeting on August 23

We will hold our regular SBS weekly meeting on 8/23.
However, due to busy time for many of us (the beam is coming very soon),
the format will be different. The short summary (and the full report if possible) will be made by presenters and posted on SBS meeting web page by William Tireman.
