[Sbs] [EXTERNAL] schedule update

Dear Collaborators,
There has been an official update to the schedule. First beam in Hall A will now occur on Sept 9 rather than Sept 3 as originally planned. The shifts up to and including Sept 8 have now been cancelled. If you have any questions, please bring them up at the weekly meeting Monday at 11AM.
