[Sbs] MEDCON4 and users

I got the following reply from Sue Ewing. I stated the wrong end date for the SAD before.
This agrees with what Paul King emailed previously.

I have attached the list that I gave Steve and Thia. The new people
were Weizhi Xiong USER-ACTIVE 50% , Michael Kohl USER-Active 20% , Gordon Cates USER-Active 20% .


  *   Any new approved onsite users on the current MEDCON4 list will submit a new registration and follow the requirements.
  *   All current onsite approved users with the July 31, 2021 end of SAD date that are on the new MEDCON4 list will also need to put in a new registration and follow requirements.
  *   Any current onsite approved user with the July 31, 2021 end date that is NOT on the current MEDCON4 list will expire on July 31, 2021 or must be approved through the current division process and added to the list before that end date and then submit a new registration if approved.
