[Sbs] Accelerator downtime and Hall A shifts status

Hello all,

Given that there is no chance of restoring beam to Hall A before tomorrow, I am canceling the following shift leader shifts:

TODAY:

Wednesday, 11/17: Swing
Thursday, 11/18: Owl

While I am seeking clarification from MCC regarding when beam to Hall A could be restored, Target operators should report for their shifts as scheduled.

Shift leader for tomorrow’s day shift should be on standby.
