[Sbs] Updated Beam schedule

Hello all,

I assume that everyone has seen the updated beam schedule.

I requested in the new beam schedule to move the Gen-RP experiment
 to be at the end of the next run period.  With this change , we will be
able to do the 2nd Q2 = 4.5 point for the nTPE
experiment and be assured to get a range of Q2 points for GMN.
Also I think that it gives us the best shot of a successful Gen-RP experiment
given all that we are learning about operating the GEMs.

Also accelerator  requested a shift by one week in the start up in Jan
 for this run period. So running in 2022 will start on Jan 17th and end
on Feb 7th.

We are planning to put the GEN-RP system on the SBS platform
 during  the Gen experiment.  We  still need to complete all preparations
for the Gen-RP system by the end of January, so that it can be smoothly
integrated into the GEN installation.

We talk about the updated schedule at the next weekly SBS meeting.
