[Sbs] No RC meeting and Shift Crew needed

Dear All,

Since JLab is still on Holiday, and we don't have any urgent detector
issue that can stop the experiment running, I am canceling today's RC
meeting as well. You are welcome to call the RC at the RC phone anytime if
you need more information.

We still have a couple TO shifts opening during the weekend, please help
the experiment and fill up. Thanks so much!
