Accelerator and Hall Status:

Beam in Hall A is quite stable, we've been taking productioin runs with stable beam in the past two shifts with few interruption. In Sunday Swing shift there's an accelerator 2L15 down problem which caused a 1-hour beam trip.

In today's RC meeting, we have decided to postpone the HCal calibration run with SBS-OFF, BB-ON to Monday. This requires that the DAC GUI for setting BBCal Trigger threshold fixed first. RC will follow Scott on this fixing issue.

Once the DAC GUI is fixed, RC will call Arun and Sebastian to load the correct HV setting for BBCal, we will not do cosimc runs when beam is stable. Cosmic runs can be taken later and then correction factors can be applied.

We also decided that since the beam stable, we don't want to replace the Power Supply for the Moller Quad in Hall A beamline, since that work will cause beam down time.

A slight change to the runplan sugg!
ested by Bogdan, instead of cycling through 1-hour LH2 run, 4-hour LD2 run; we will double the period of cycling: 2-hour LH2 run, and 8-hour LD2 run. When comes to the shift crew, they will take hourly runs for sure.

Every couple days, we will take a 0.5 hour dummy target run

Probably will need to modify the run spreadsheet, add expert certificate for each subsystem, have the experts log whether they have checked the 50k replay results or not.

Pending and new issues:

DAC control GUI cannot read back discriminator threshold for HCal and BBCal sum trigger. This needs to be resolved, we are now using history setting to set BBCal Threshold as we need to change the threshold for a beam position check run this afternoon. see a log by Scott on this: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3951516

Occasionally we have beam trips from accelerator, hopefully these trips will become less frequent.

GEM Layer J0 common mode!
drifting higher Some APVs on fiber 17 and fiber 19 unstable t!
hat causing DAQ hung, since beam is stable, and we are running fine, it's not urgent to troubleshoot this

Resolved Issues

Seems like we don't need to refine BBCal Calibration for now

Andrew had a very informative/nice talk on tracking, the slides will be uploaded to HALOG/wiki very soon

Bob and David are working on a script to read scaler information, and calculate beam charge for each run

Subsystem Updates

No issue found in data yet for each subsystem.

Run plan

Follow the SBS-11 run plan listed on the wiki: https://sbs.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
