[Sbs] Tonight's owl and tomorrow day shifts canceled, all others on standby

Hello all,

As your new RC, I hate to be the bearer of unfortunate news, but it looks as if we have lost target cell Hunter. I am canceling tonight’s owl shift and tomorrow’s day shift immediately. As we assess the situation, all other shifts are on standby until further notice, although more shift cancellations are highly likely.
