[Sbs] SBS docDB

Hello Collaborators,
The SBS document database linked from sbs.jlab.org is a very useful
platform for accessing, uploading and sharing talks. David Flay and I have
been promoting its use, but some of you may not be familiar with how to
use it. To promote its adoption, I have made a short video demonstrating
how to use the SBS document database (docDB) to upload and access talks
and presentations. I also show how to add yourself to the author list, see
talks associated with a meeting and link your talk to a meeting. If you
have issues, you can always ask me questions or send your talk to me for
uploading and linking.
