[Sbs] Call for SBS GEn-II shift sign up (3)

Good day all:

The shift sign up schedule for the polarized helium-3 SBS experiment of
GEn-II is available.  You can sign up for shifts by using the link on the
Hall A website or clicking on the link below.

Currently, you will be able to sign up for Shift Leader (SL) and target
operator (TO) shifts, however, the TO shifts will show incomplete training
until the TO safety training is completed. That is OK as long as you plan
accordingly to complete training before your first shift.  Once the
training is available, all individuals are encourage to be TO train for
maximum flexibility.
