[Sbs] Call for SBS GEn-II shift sign up

Good day all:

GEn-II experiment begins next week! The tentative schedule for lock up is
Tuesday, Sept. 27th. The polarized target group will be covering TO shifts
for the first week (Sept. 27th to Oct. 3rd Day shift).  There are still a
lot of openings in the shift schedule for the first 2 weeks.  Experts are
going to be busy so non-experts are essential for providing support for
the target operator and shift leader positions.

Currently, you will be able to sign up for Shift Leader (SL) and target
operator (TO) shifts, however, the TO shifts will show incomplete training
until the TO safety training is completed. Target group will let us know
when training will begin. They are planning for later next week.  Look for
a future email about details.
