Hello all,
   We  are happy to have undergrads work at JLab. With the proper training
they can work on experimental setup  and take shifts in the halls. They need to
register at least 7 days before coming to JLab.
       I just want to emphasize that the undergrads need to take SAF099
with Steve Gagnon (gagnon at jlab.org) before they can get their badge.
It is done by Zoom. They need to email Steve to set up a date/time.
They should do this at least 5 days before they plan to come to JLab to get their badge.
After contacting Steve Gagnon, he will email the Zoom link and training materials.
