[Sbs] Fall GEn-IIb shift sign up

Good day SBS Collaborators:

Thank you for all that have signed up for fall 2023 shifts.  Plenty of
good spots in the schedule open. Those that have to travel now is the time
to lock in your shifts and make those travel plans.

For all shift takers, make sure you re-read the information part at the
top of the shift sign-up page. You can contact me directly if you have
issues with the shift sign up or if you select the wrong shift and wish to
have it removed.
