It's an entrapment phish, initiated by JLab itself. They're trying to 
find dumb users. Check the headers of the message. You'll find this 
telling line

X-PHISHTEST: This is a phishing security test from KnowBe4 that has been
  authorized by the recipient organization

So yes, be a good employee and forward it to spam at jlab.org. Maybe 
they'll give you brownie points.
