[Sbs] SBS weekly meeting

Dear all,


Thanks to you the GEn shifts schedule is in much better shape today - the number of empty shifts,

which we reported last Monday, is greatly reduced over the past few days (from 87 to 15)!

I hope that CC will formulate advanced shift requirements for SBS experiments in the spirit

of combined number as discussed on 1/23.

Due to the very busy time during the last week we need to skip the meeting on January 30.

Also, due to Gordon's teaching schedule, we proposed to move the meeting time to Tuesday 11am.

Please send me an email if such a change of time creates a big problem for you, so we can look further.

The next meeting will be on February 7 at 11am.
