[Sbs] Yet another PAC51 proposal/LOI: Positron Polarization Transfer

Hello all,

Attached please find a DRAFT Letter-Of-Intent to PAC51 to measure polarization transfer in positron-proton elastic scattering. We intend to submit this LOI before Monday. It is a pretty brief document and a quick read. Please let me know if you’re interested in joining the LOI, with your preferred name/initials and affiliation details. Also, if you have comments or suggestions, these are more than welcome.
