[Sbs] Note for non local shifters

Dear collaborators,

We've run in a situation where a non-local shifter cannot access the
counting house because his registration is invalid.
If you have signed up for shifts in Hall A, please make sure that:

* your registration is up to date;
* your registration status is "user-active";
("user-remote" won't make it);
* your trainings are up-to-date.

If any of the first two criteria is not met, please renew you registration
minimum *7 days* before your first shift.

I strongly encourage you, if you haven't been at JLab for a while, to
please double-check your visitor status at:

https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess

and, in case one of the criteria listed above is not met, to fix it ASAP!
