[Sbs] ACTION REQUIRED: Call for active participants on GEn-RP and KLL

Dear GEn-RP and KLL collaborators,

the upcoming GEn-RP and KLL running period is on the Hall-A schedule
for April-May 2024, with preparations at full swing.
In order to develop a resource-loaded schedule for all the tasks, including
the beam time itself, to be shared with Lab Management, we kindly ask
you to respond to this email and provide your:

Name, Institution, intended period of presence at JLab between now
and until the end of May, expertise of you or your group, and your
anticipated role. Group leaders are encouraged to collect a list of their
members, expertise and roles.

Please respond to this message with your information by
Thursday February 1, 2024, EOB.

We will also collect the information in a table and plan to share it as a
Google Doc, which will later allow you to make adjustments.


In parallel, a more specific task list and timeline is being developed, and
it should become clearer within the next week.

We aim to share the resource-loaded schedule with Lab Management
promptly.


Based on the information provided we will also determine the required
number of shifts per person, and prepare a shifts and run coordination
schedule, which will be distributed with a call-for-shifts circular.
