[Sbs] GEn-RP and KLL Target Operator clarification

Good evening,

I need to make a clarification about cryotarget operator shifts for the
upcoming run.  At the moment if you sign up for a TO shift it will show
"Incomplete L, P" next to your name as the shift schedule needs to have
its database of TO qualified individuals updated. If you already have Hall
A/C cryotarget operator training, your name will be added to the list and
the "Incomplete L, P" will be cleared.

If it has been a few years since your last cryotarget training, you can
check with JP Chen or Silviu to see if you are still considered qualified.
 Hall C is running right now so you can inquiry about training.
