[Sbs] [EXTERNAL] RC quick update and today/Mon Apr/14 - daily RC meeting reminder at 1:00PM

Good morning,

short status summary:

- Yesterday took data till about 6PM 
- When target was going to be moved to carbon, the ladder stuck
- Fixed target latter problem this morning: the lifter button on the bottom
  side of the rack in counting house was inadvertently pressed yesterday.
- Now going to get beam and start the "straight-through" runs with light carbon
