RC meeting AT 1:00 PM. NOT 1:30 PM. - I'm sorry about the mistake! RC meeting will be at 1:00 PM today. Not 1:30 pm. I have to report to the PD meeting at 1:30 pm so we will start 1:00 pm sharp.

<p>Dear Collaborators,</p><p>At the beginning of the Day shift yesterday, we were continuing production running at 12 uA C.W. on LH2. Then we decided to do some low-current runs to better understand GEM hardware performance and the functionality of online pedestal and common-mode sbtraction. We took data at 1, 3, and 5 uA C.W. with both full readout and and pedestal and common-mode subtractoin modes in GEMs.<br> <br>Today Day shift is accelerator maintenance. Right now we are in controlled access. The GEMs, ECal, CDet, and DAQ groups are working in the Hall. They should be done by noon and then Ellen will go in and will perform SBS magnet stability tests between noon and 2:30 pm. No one else other than the techs supporting Ellen should be present durnig the Hall a this time. So please plan your work accordingly and plan to be done by noon. Around late Day shift, we will go back to beam permit and take beam when accelerator is ready. When we come back up, we will like to have

 am quality checks/centering first. Then, the GEM group will put some spectial HV settings to certain GEM modules layers and we will take some more 5 uA runs. The exact run plan after that is to be decided yet and we should discuss that in the RC meeting today.
