[Sbs] Poll for new dedicated GEP analysis meeting time

Dear SBS Collaborators,

Now that the GEP run is finished and SBS is leaving the floor of Hall A (for the time being), it is time to start a dedicated analysis meeting for GEP, to complement the existing meetings for GMn, GEn, and GEn-RP.

Please indicate your availability for a regular (either weekly or bi-weekly) analysis meeting in the following when2meet poll:

If you are interested in regularly attending this meeting, please respond to the poll by Monday, September 1, 5:00 PM US EDT (Eastern Daylight Time). I will do my best to accommodate the largest possible number of participants, prioritizing the schedules of core analysis team members, thesis students, and postdocs.

I will announce the regular meeting time and day of the week after I have the responses to the poll.
