[Sbs] Reminder about Hall A shifts and checking access

Good day all:

Recently, we have had a few missed shifts.  Please check the Hall A 
shift schedule to verify when you are signed up.  Use "Trade Request" 
option to if you cannot make a scheduled shift.  If you are within a 
week or less contact someone involved such as me as the schedule 
maintenance person or the RC on duty.  Perhaps someday the scheduler 
will send out reminder emails but for now it's old and does not have 
that option.  I'm pretty sure I used it as a grad student 25 years ago 
...

Next, all those visiting Jefferson lab must have the "Real ID" or other 
ID on file with their visit. If you are not sure, check your JLab visits 
on the User liaison webpage.  Mark Jones sent out an email about this 
earlier today (May 20th).

Lastly, check that ALL of your training is up-to-date and look ahead to 
training that might expire during a later visit.  Easy to forget.  Log 
into Insights to check for training and check building access.
