[Sbs] Upcoming power outage in Hall A

Hi everyone -

There will be a utility power outage in Hall A next week, from Monday, 
September 8 through  Wednesday September 10.  This will impact devices 
that are not on clean power, but hall lighting should not be affected.  
Work on un-installation and removal of equipment can proceed, but be 
aware that some outlets/devices may not function.
