[Sbs] Partial power outage in Hall A next Tuesday and Wednesday

Hi everyone -

Next Tuesday and Wednesday (September 16 and 17) there is planned 
electrical maintenance work in Hall A that will affect various systems - 
most importantly, the primary Hall A overhead lights will be out. Only 
emergency lighting will be available.

Given the low-light conditions, please do not plan to work in Hall A 
next Tuesday or Wednesday.  Signs will be posted at the hall entrances 
as a reminder.

Also, as a general reminder, please make sure to coordinate all work in 
the hall with the Hall A Work Coordinator, Lawrence Hurt (lhurt at jlab.org).
