[Sbs] [EXTERNAL] Re: SBS meeting on September 23rd at 11:30am

Dear Collaborators

I will be able to join at noon.  Having previously discussed the collaboration meeting schedule with you, I encourage people to discuss the following:

1) A 45’ presentation on the summary of the posters is time that could be better used.   Better to just provide a list of what is being shown and encourage people to have a look.

2) The poster session should be at a dedicated time where the presenters are present to discuss.  I cannot remember if you already did this at lunchtime.

3) There is no student representation on this entire schedule.  But, they do most of the analysis and it is good experience for them.  One student from each experiment, except perhaps GEp, should give a 10 min talk.
