Hi Seamus and all:<br><br>So I recently found out that there is a way to access internal sites from off-site using just your browser. The catch is, you must have and use one of JLab's multifactor-authentication (MFA) methods (i.e. the way used to access the accelerator computers from outside the fence).<br><br>For people interested in how this is done, here are some quick instructions.<br><br>1) Visit the JLab WebVPN portal at <a href="https://vpn.jlab.org/">https://vpn.jlab.org/</a> <br>2) Log in with your JLab username AND the twofactor-authentication code you get from your device (not the regular JLab password, and is either a phone app or a physical device).<br>3) Below where it says WebVPN service enter the internal JLab website you want to visit (i.e. <a href="http://sbs.jlab.org/cgi-bin/DocDB/private/DisplayMeeting?conferenceid=1">sbs.jlab.org/cgi-bin/DocDB/private/DisplayMeeting?conferenceid=1</a>) and click browse.<br><br>People could use this to upload their talks to the DocDB.
