Hi Jim, I wonder why the blocks would “eventually be trashed”? That sounds more like speculation and hearsay than actual planning. There are several future experiments that would conceivably like to use them, not the least of which is an improved future GEP
measurement. That said, I’m not aware of any near-term plans to reassemble/re-use these blocks.
