<div>I was meeting with Don this morning, and he mentioned that the ECAL detectors from GEp are going to be put in storage and eventually trashed.</div>

<div>I would love to get several of those blocks, with PMTs, for my undergraduate advanced lab course. I’d use them for a muon decay experiment, better than what I have now. We are already replacing the electronics with a CAEN desktop digitizer, big improvement
over what we had before, but the detector is still substandard.</div>

<div>I can handle the transport, and the high voltage and other electronics. Also, Bogdan tells me that at least ten blocks available (that have not been exported to radiation.)</div>

<div>Can we make this happen? I am happy to do whatever paperwork and legwork is necessary.</div>
