[Sbs_daq] GMn timing shift information

Alexandre,

There were 'serious' setup problem with run#12536.  The Sync_delays were set properly, but the Trigger_alignment (TI register 0xB8) were not set (properly).  This was caused (most likely) by the run start procedure (human error?).
