Also one thing one should be careful the logs, only the parameters at end of run make sense, the first values are at recorded at prestart but I think the TI is now initialized at go.

I think it was started as usual, but there is another problem we see happen, is ROC16 and 17 gets shifted with respect to the other.
This seems to happened when starting another run.
Empirically it seems to happen less often is we do reset and download.

So I should monitor this parameter too.

I do not think that this run is related to the 75ns time shift.  I think that it is an operator error in starting THIS run.
