[Sbs_daq] SBS DAQ meeting

I will send a doodle pool for new SBS DAQ meeting time.

But for now, try to plan a short update on you DAQ subsystem at RC meetings at 3 PM every day.

Ongoing issues :
-HCAL F1 missing TDC
-sbsvme29 beamline FADC
-SBS GEM APVs hang ups
-missing GRINCH channels

Let me know if you know about other.

Task list order of priority :
-fix above issues
-check RF time cabling / have diagnostic plot
-improve/document cabling of triggers
-FADC scaler for hodoscope
