<p class="MsoNormal">I think it was started as usual, but there is another problem we see happen, is ROC16 and 17 gets shifted with respect to the other.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This seems to happened when starting another run.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Empirically it seems to happen less often is we do reset and download.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">So I should monitor this parameter too.</p>

I do not think that this run is related to the 75ns time shift. I think that it is an operator error in starting THIS run.<br>
