A gas window collapsed would not change the current.

Hi Folks,

I was alerted by the shift crew to a problem with J0 Middle. At the moment we are not entirely sure what has occurred, but the HV demonstrated some problems and the efficiency of the module has become greatly reduced. See the following log entries.

Currently we suspect either a foil collapse or new shorted sectors in this module. But we are uncertain of the actual cause which is why I am contacting all of you. I have instructed shift crew to turn off J0 middle HV until further notice
