[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Question for J0 top

Hi GEM folks,

We have had extreme problems with J0 Bot and Mid overnight. I am proposing
that we turn off J0 Top as it ramped off HV last night and it seems to have
recovered. We think this is correlated to a power cycle of the VME crate
that the HV supply lives in. This would be a precautionary measure, to try
and figure out what caused the problems with J0 bot and mid.

There has also been a question of an escorted access to see if there are
any issues with the gas line for J0. Or any noticeable physical problems of
the detector J0.
