[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] UV Layer 4 Overview

Hi folks I would just like to note that if we can come up with a ZIF
connector (INFN) to Panasonic we can try to use as many INFN APVs as I can
find or take off of layers with questionable detectors.
