[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Brief Test of J0 HV at lower HV Values

Most likely J0-Bot GEM is fine; discussing the lower HV current with Fausto and Roberto, we ended up with two potential explanations:
 1) some divider components (resistors and/or capacitors) got broken or soldering deteriorated; this occurred couple of times in the past
 2) the HV power supply channel reading circuitry has damaged; this also appended at least one time, in different circumstances

Possible actions to try to identify the source of problem:

 - change HV power supply  channel 
 - replace the divider (this is probably not trivial in the current setup; maybe it is a bit easier to unplug the divider from GEM, test the current vs HV again, if current is still lower then expected, likely the divider need fixing
