[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Summary of gem work today

Today we removed J2 and connected the spare UV gem in its place. During our assessments to check pedestals and connections, we note 2 APVs on the beam line side that are not well connected. We tried to swap the usb cables and check the connections to the backplane, but it still did not work. These 2 APVs may need swapped or replaced, but they were not a problem in the test lab. For now they are commented out for the DAQ. 

Also the resistor on UV gem layer 2 was replaced by Mark Taylor.
