[Sbs_gems] HV scan plan

Hi Brad,

Here is the list of HV we want for the scan:

3608
3564
3519
3475
3430
3385

We will be doing this for each of the 3 UV layers individually since all have the modified resistors. Only GEM experts will be touching the GEM HV.
