[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] GEM current linearity studies so far

*Left side plots: (Observed GEM current w/ beam - GEM currents w/o beam) vs beam current. The red line is drawn between the two points with the two lowest beam currents. This red line is supposed to be a guide to gauge deviation from the linear behavior at higher background (at higher beam currents) 

*Right side plots: (current predicted by the line - observed GEM current w/ beam)/current predicted by the line vs beam current. This plot will present the fractional change of the current with respect to the red line on the left hand side plots.
