[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Plans for inspection of GEMs in Hall A

To all,

I wanted to inquire about our plans/schedule on fully inspecting the GEMs
(with HV tests, etc.) that are down in Hall A. As the email from the
current RC Eric Fuchey states, we can check out the GEMs this weekend or in
the afternoon on Monday. From this I also infer that we could freely
access/test the equipment on weeknight evenings.

My question is about whether or not we should test the GEMs this weekend or
wait until next week. We have people on site this weekend who are willing
and able to do the necessary tests, once they are defined. But also know
that this is short notice and some people may be busy as well.

I'm assuming that those who can not be physically present may still want to
be virtually present. And this would be a possibility of course.

Please advise on this.
