[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] GEM Negative Tracking Study Continued

Hi All,

Here are my updated plots on my negative signal tracking study.

Most of the plots are the same as I have shown before. The most important
new information is on slide 9, where I show that the negative tracking
fraction is the same if I consider missed hits and found hits. Overall I
conclude that we did not lose any significant fraction of efficiency due to
the negative signals.
