[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Preliminary efficiency results from UV layer 1

The table below is the results from the efficiency scan of UV layer 1. The efficiencies are all lower than we expected, but the timing distribution for this module seems broader than the others, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3969801, so there may be something going on. We see if we look at the same run, but remove the timing cuts the efficiency jumps up by 10%, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3969830. So right now I am skeptical of the absolute value numbers and suspect they can be improved in analysis. Hopefully Andrew has some ideas here. 
 Regardless the shape of the curve shows a plateau starting around 3628 V, so we will set our voltage there for now.
