[Sbs_gems] SBS GEM Meeting Wednesday at 10am

Hello,

Wed 10am has always been tight with our weekly MUSE meeting at 9am which 
tends to run longer almost each time. I would prefer 10:30am or 11:00am 
for the GEM meeting if possible.

Also the Friday SBS software meetings are difficult for me due to my 
teaching duty at 2pm. I would prefer a start time of 11am or 12noon if 
possible.
