I replaced the two Tylan MFCs with two Porter MFCs. I had ordered the Porter MFCs some time ago, but we never had the need to use them. So, they are not "new" but they had never been out of their sealed bags. One of the Porter MFCs would not work for an unknown reason. I took the Tylan that had been on the Argon and used it on the CO2. This seems to work for some reason unknown. It is of a little concern as I am apparently getting half of the CO2 flow I am expecting, based on the set voltage, read back voltage, and Binary Gas Analyzer reading. Either that or twice the flow of Argon. We can let the system run for a bit and see if it is stable. I'm wondering, how hard would it be to set it up to ramp down the HV if the Argon rises by 1-2%? At this point I have more confidence in the BGA than the MFCs.
